Join usa outdoors on the Program Room Lawn and celebrate September Sings with this joyful musical event for all ages - children, teens and adults!
Business firm of Samba is an interactive educational workshop using music, rhythm, percussion instruments, and drums as tools for capturing the imagination of the participants.
James Henry, primary percussionist, has traveled the globe with this program and brings to anybody pieces of cultural wisdom from every area of the globe. Expect to dance, sing, be involved and exist transported to many areas of the globe through the sounds of drums and percussion!
Rhythm instruments from around the world volition be featured, but nosotros also welcome yous to bring your ain instruments. Want to make an instrument to bring? Registrants will be sent links to build fun rhythm instruments that you lot can bring along!

For all ages
Bring together the states outside on the Library Plaza and take hold of this ascent star! Rose started singing the minute she was able and institute her way to the phase not long after. Her background vocals can be found on Amy Angel and the HellRaisers' latest unmarried, Why?, as well as their previous album, I'd Do Information technology Again. Rose's debut single,A G Picks showcases her voice in a more prominent light and introduces her equally a solo artist.

September Sings! Preschool Sing-Along
Thursday, Sept. 30, 11 to 11:30 a.m.
Library Program Room Lawn
The Preschool Sing-Along Programme engages children and their grown-ups in a group experience of tone and rhythm past celebrating familiar children'south music. This outdoor program is designed with small-scale and big movements, clapping and bustling, and is fully adaptable for pre-walkers and pre-talkers at home.
Participants are encouraged to bring the following:
- a coating for sitting on the grass
- wooden spoons, plastic measuring cups as drums, or other kitchen "instruments"
- optional: any other children's instruments (shakers, etc.)
This program is for children ages two and upward and their parents/caregivers. This plan will be held outdoors and masks are required for ALL attendees. Because masks are required for ALL participants, this program is not suitable for children under historic period 2 or those who are not comfy wearing a mask over rima oris and nose.

Bring together us for a give-and-take of a musical album! First, nosotros pick an album ahead of the meeting.
