I fed this food years agone just , purina took them over & I hate purina they are more for making money and then caring for our loved animals , whatsoever ways , the foods I switched to came up on a think ,then the other food I so switched to was always on back club , and these were very high priced dog foods . I take 2 dogs that are allergic to grains if it is a seed they will go ear infections & infections between their toes & fur loss , & 1 of my dogs is allergic to chicken fifty-fifty the fat which lots of dog foods accept in them , and I will Not feed my dogs Canola oil which is toxic to any living being so with that my choices are limited & this was my final resort to feeding them dry out food , if they start I fed this food years ago just , purina took them over & I hate purina they are more for making money then caring for our loved animals , any ways , the foods I switched to came upward on a think ,and then the other food I so switched to was always on back social club , and these were very loftier priced domestic dog foods . My border collie loves this mix. I've been feeding him Merrick for many years and I'm never disappointed. I similar that they offer a prissy mix of beefiness, craven, etc. I volition ever pay more than if I know that it's a quality product. Merely doesn't taste like it? My dog who will swallow anything will non eat this. He went on hunger strike for trying to switch to this food. He is a sensitive guy and this food has what he needs, but for the taste.
